CHOW CHOW CHINESE BHEL
INGREDIENTS

Shyam's Chow Chow Noodles (100g), 1 cup Thinly Sliced Onions, 1 cup Thinly Sliced Green Bell Peppers, 1 cup Thinly Sliced Cabbage, ½ cup Chopped Scallions, ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro, 2 tbsp Peanut or Sesame Oil, ¼ cup Tomato Ketchup, â…› cup Sriracha Sauce more for more heat, 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Non-Fruit Vinegar.
HOW TO COOK

Mix all sauce ingredients together and keep it aside.

Heat oil in a kadhai and fry Shyam's Chow Chow till golden brown and crispy.

Heat oil in a wok or a pan, sauté thinly sliced onions on high flame for couple of minutes making sure they are still crunchy, do not over cook it.

Sauté thinly sliced green bell pepper on high flame for couple of minutes making sure they are still crunchy, do not over cook it.

Sauté thinly sliced cabbage on high flame for couple of minutes making sure they are still crunchy, do not over cook it.

Add the sauce mix to sautéed veggies and mix it well.

Immediately add fried Shyam's Chow Chow noodles to the veggie and sauce mix.

Mix it very well. Add chopped scallions and cilantro.

Mix it very well. Add salt and pepper if needed. Serve it immediately.
